He is a religious of the Order of the Most Holy Trinity and the Captives, Trinitarians.
He has a degree in Philosophy and Theology (specializing in Islamology).

In the Trinitarian Order he has held various responsibilities in prison ministry, parishes, superior of several communities and Provincial Superior of Spain.
In education he has experience as a teacher, director and responsible for pastoral ministry in various educational centers, both in schools and in the Loyola Andalucía University, where he continues to be a collaborating professor in the Faculty of Theology.
He has been President of several foundations: Fundación Proyecto Hombre de Córdoba, Fundación Social Trinitaria Prolibertas, Fundación Educativa Santísima Trinidad, of which he is also promoter and founder.
He has been Secretary General of Escuelas Católicas since September 1, 2020 and is vice president of the boards of trustees of Fundación Educación Católica, Fundación Educativa Santísima Trinidad and Fundación de Religiosos para la Salud.
