Calasanz Movement

A collection of 10 formative booklets that develop some basic keys of the Calasanz Movement from theological, ecclesial, Calasanctian, pedagogical and pastoral sources is already circulating among Calasanz Movement educator teams. Also from the experiences gained in the Piarist tradition.

These reflections are very useful to accompany the “educators” in shaping their evangelising and Piarist identity, starting from the experience of the encounter with God, the Father of Jesus Christ, who calls us to be his children and to live the fraternal group.

The texts do not offer patent remedies, but basic guidelines for district and local groups to organise their own formation. They were written by members of the General Team of the Calasanz Movement and others belonging to the Order with experience in pastoral ministry. The booklets are written in Spanish but are being translated into French and English.
