He began his teaching career in a secondary school for hearing-impaired children, then taught at the high school, the university and the cathedral singing school, the Kórusiskola. Since 1996 he has been a teacher at the Piarist Institute in Budapest. Throughout his career, he has published numerous studies and essays in various literary journals and several volumes on contemporary novels and lyric works.
