Una raccolta di 10 libretti formativi che sviluppano alcune delle chiavi fondanti del Movimento Calasanz a partire da fonti teologiche, ecclesiali, calasanziane, pedagogiche e pastorali sta gi\u00e0 circolando tra le \u00e9quipe di educatori del Movimento Calasanz. Inoltre, dall’esperienza accumulata nella tradizione scolopica.<\/p>\n

Queste riflessioni sono molto utili per accompagnare gli “educatori” nel processo di formazione della loro identit\u00e0 evangelizzatrice e scolopica, a partire dall’esperienza dell’incontro con Dio Padre di Ges\u00f9 Cristo, che ci chiama a essere suoi figli e a vivere il gruppo fraterno.<\/p>\n

I testi non offrono ricette magiche, ma linee guida di base per le \u00e9quipe demarcazionali e locali per organizzare la propria formazione. Sono stati scritti da membri dell’\u00e9quipe generale del Movimento Calasanz e da altre persone dell’Ordine con esperienza nella pastorale. Gli opuscoli sono scritti in spagnolo, ma stanno per essere tradotti in francese e in inglese.<\/p>\n

Reforma de la sociedad<\/a><\/p>

Una de las l\u00edneas de acci\u00f3n que aprob\u00f3 el Cap\u00edtulo General de 2015 fue \u201cllevar adelante un proceso de profundizaci\u00f3n en la identidad de la escuela calasancia, con el fin de cuidar y potenciar el car\u00e1cter propio que debemos realizar los escolapios en nuestra tarea educativa<\/i>\u201d. Con este fin, el Secretariado de Ministerio ha redactado algunos temas formativos para los educadores de nuestras obras escolapias.<\/p>

El primer art\u00edculo \u201cCriterios para la formaci\u00f3n en clave de identidad\u201d va destinado espec\u00edficamente a los responsables de dise\u00f1ar y promover la formaci\u00f3n de los educadores. La formaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s consistente es la que es capaz de transmitir una identidad carism\u00e1tica, tarea mucho m\u00e1s profunda y compleja que leer un libro o dar talleres formativos. El educador recibe la identidad cuando vive su trabajo como una misi\u00f3n y se siente vinculado carism\u00e1ticamente a las Escuelas P\u00edas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Los siguientes art\u00edculos desarrollan cada uno los diez indicadores de calidad calasancia. Cada art\u00edculo comienza con una reflexi\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo aparece esta dimensi\u00f3n en el origen de las Escuelas P\u00edas; despu\u00e9s, c\u00f3mo se entiende hoy desde la praxis y la reflexi\u00f3n escolapia. El material puede tener muchos usos y puede proponerse su estudio en cualquier momento del proceso formativo de los educadores. Estas experiencias s\u00f3lo son significativas si hay comunidades vivas de referencia, itinerarios serios de iniciaci\u00f3n en la identidad y una buena estructura de acompa\u00f1amiento.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Los textos son s\u00f3lo un espejo en el que mirarse, una l\u00e1mpara para iluminar el camino. Lo importante es lo que descubre y comunica cada educador a su compa\u00f1ero; lo que se adivina y se sue\u00f1a juntos. Formar en clave de identidad es un proceso capaz de generar nueva vida, de actualizar el carisma juntos y de construir identidad compartida desde Calasanz.<\/p>

Para realizar la misi\u00f3n, los escolapios hemos recibido un carisma que viene de Dios, una lectura calasancia del evangelio, una historia, una espiritualidad y pedagog\u00eda propias, personas en comuni\u00f3n, escuelas e instituciones espec\u00edficas, que nos permiten hacer presentes a Jes\u00fas Maestro y la Maternidad de su Iglesia a los peque\u00f1os<\/i>.<\/p>

\u201cLa misi\u00f3n constituye la expresi\u00f3n din\u00e1mica y fecunda de la identidad, ya que - como la par\u00e1bola de los talentos sugiere- la identidad no es un tesoro que hay que guardar escondi\u00e9ndolo celosamente en un lugar seguro, sino que es un patrimonio que hay que \u201cinvertir\u201d y poner a disposici\u00f3n como un don, para que d\u00e9 fruto.\u201d<\/i><\/p>
