De m\u00eame, \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience accumul\u00e9e dans la tradition piariste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces r\u00e9flexions sont tr\u00e8s utiles pour accompagner les \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9ducateurs\u00a0\u00bb dans le processus de formation de leur identit\u00e9 \u00e9vang\u00e9lisatrice et piariste, \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de la rencontre avec Dieu le P\u00e8re de J\u00e9sus-Christ, qui nous appelle \u00e0 \u00eatre ses enfants et \u00e0 vivre le groupe fraternel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les textes n&rsquo;offrent pas de recettes magiques mais des lignes directrices de base pour que les \u00e9quipes des d\u00e9marcations et les \u00e9quipes locales puissent organiser leur propre formation. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9dig\u00e9s par des membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du Mouvement Calasanz et d&rsquo;autres personnes de l&rsquo;Ordre ayant une exp\u00e9rience du minist\u00e8re pastoral. profundizaci\u00f3n en la identidad de la escuela calasancia, con el fin de cuidar y potenciar el car\u00e1cter propio que debemos realizar los escolapios en nuestra tarea educativa<\/i>\u201d. Con este fin, el Secretariado de Ministerio ha redactado algunos temas formativos para los educadores de nuestras obras escolapias.<\/p><p>El primer art\u00edculo \u201cCriterios para la formaci\u00f3n en clave de identidad\u201d va destinado espec\u00edficamente a los responsables de dise\u00f1ar y promover la formaci\u00f3n de los educadores. La formaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s consistente es la que es capaz de transmitir una identidad carism\u00e1tica, tarea mucho m\u00e1s profunda y compleja que leer un libro o dar talleres formativos. El educador recibe la identidad cuando vive su trabajo como una misi\u00f3n y se siente vinculado carism\u00e1ticamente a las Escuelas P\u00edas.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Los siguientes art\u00edculos desarrollan cada uno los diez indicadores de calidad calasancia. Cada art\u00edculo comienza con una reflexi\u00f3n de c\u00f3mo aparece esta dimensi\u00f3n en el origen de las Escuelas P\u00edas; despu\u00e9s, c\u00f3mo se entiende hoy desde la praxis y la reflexi\u00f3n escolapia. Se ofrecen algunas orientaciones para incluir en el proyecto educativo y unas pistas para la evaluaci\u00f3n personal del educador. Finalmente, la propuesta de unas preguntas para la reflexi\u00f3n personal o en grupo.<\/p><p>El material puede tener muchos usos y puede proponerse su estudio en cualquier momento del proceso formativo de los educadores. Est\u00e1 pensado para compartirlo en el peque\u00f1o grupo y provocar una reflexi\u00f3n desde la experiencia personal. No se trata de saber mucho de Calasanz sino de aprender a relacionar la propia experiencia personal con el relato calasancio de manera que se produzca una conexi\u00f3n m\u00e1gica desde la profundidad de lo vivido.<\/p><p>Creemos que la formaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficaz es la que propone <b>experiencias significativas<\/b> que tocan el n\u00facleo vocacional de la persona, experiencias que generan un proceso de crecimiento en la vocaci\u00f3n educadora. Estas experiencias s\u00f3lo son significativas si hay comunidades vivas de referencia, itinerarios serios de iniciaci\u00f3n en la identidad y una buena estructura de acompa\u00f1amiento.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Los textos son s\u00f3lo un espejo en el que mirarse, una l\u00e1mpara para iluminar el camino. Lo importante es lo que descubre y comunica cada educador a su compa\u00f1ero; lo que se adivina y se sue\u00f1a juntos.
